Responsible for assigned CRR group home or homes, staff and residents 1.
0 ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
PROVIDES LEADERSHIP AND DIRECTION TO RESOLVE DAILY OPERATIONAL NEEDS AND CRISIS:
Ensures that the site is well maintained, safe, clean, warm and comfortable.
That it meets all Labor and Industry Standards, Fire Safety and CRR Regulations.
Manages petty cash for each house.
Instructs the staff on programming to be completed with each resident.
Reports all potential problems with staff and residents to the Residential Program Manager.
Submits any changes/improvements to the forms, house, and/or programming to the Manager before implementation.
Will be on call for the CRR Group Homes alternating with the other supervisors every 3 weeks.
PROVIDES SUPERVISION TO THE STAFF:
Monitors the daily programming for the individual residents with other involved parties/agencies.
Meets with staff monthly to discuss resident's goals and objectives and issues in the home.
Monitors and helps develop programming for each resident.
Instructs the staff on programming to be completed with each resident.
Insures that the house is maintained to meet CRR Regulations.
Monitors rental payments to the agency.
Completes monthly staffing schedules finding staff to fill in for vacation/sick time in the staffing pattern.
Provides coverage if needed.
Helps maintain budget for program by providing cost effectiveness for program when ordering supplies, troubleshooting maintenance issues in a timely manner by reporting it to the Maintenance Supervisor.
Completes quarterly CQI reports for facility and sends them to the manager to compile for the entire program.
Responsible for petty cash receipts and expenditures.
Completes occupancy reports and Bed/Board in Credible.
APPROVES ALL RECOVERY PLANS, REVIEWS, AND DAILY LOGS:
Completes all Recovery Plans and reviews to ensure all goals are written in behavioral and measurable terms.
Reviews all daily documentation to ensure that it relates back to the goals written on the Recovery Plan.
CONTRIBUTES TO TEAM EFFORT:
Interacts with other management and non-management employees to promote smooth workflow, identify and resolve problems, advance the agency's image and accomplish results that support the mission the Community Counseling Center.
Communicates with other agency staff and service providers.
Trains the staff in all policies and procedures to be an effective team member.
Provides back up for the PCBH Administrator.

0 SUPERVISORY
Responsibilities:
Directly supervises employees in the assigned CRR group home.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Meets with the manager once a week for supervision to review issues in the houses, with staff and residents.
Also, reviews utilization of beds, referrals and discharges.
RESULTS EXPECTED:
Group Homes maintain CRR licensure.
Residents are discharged to a less structured setting.
Staff works together as a team to increase residents' daily living skills.
Residents have a cleans, safe and comfortable place to live.
Staff treats residents and other staff with respect and dignity.
Staff receives the training needed to do their jobs well.

Qualifications:

1 Skills and Abilities:
Knowledgeable of mental health diagnosis.
Familiar with rehabilitation and clinical practices; program planning; strategic planning; budgeting and financial management; be able to multi-task.
Proficient with commonly used computer software; prior supervisory experience.

2 Education and/or
Experience:
Bachelor Degree in Human Services or a related field.
Minimum of two years of professional social work experience preferably in the mental health field, including prior supervisory experience.
Knowledgeable with regard to applicable state and federal regulations.
Equivalent combinations of related experience, education and/or training may be considered.

3 Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, employees and the general public.

4 Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

5 Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

6 Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software; Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.

7 Personal Qualities:
Maintains and upholds Community Counseling Center's policies, respects confidentiality, and exhibits a professional demeanor at all times while at work.

0 CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Act 33, 34 and FBI Clearances required.
Requires Childline Certification.
Must have a current driver's license and vehicle insurance.
Must have a good driving record.
Needs to maintain PCBH Administrator Certification, Medication Administration Certificate and Train the Trainer for Medication.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit and talk or hear.
The employee is occasionally required to sit, stand and walk, climb stairs, grasp and reach objects.
The employee may frequently lift and or move up to 10 pounds.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
