Full Job Description Must be able to maintain calendars; schedule and coordinate appointments Outstanding time-management and typing skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Organize and maintain files Effectively communicate with clients Contact clients for needed information or to schedule appointments General office skills include; emailing, scanning and copying documents Job requires good communication skills and must have the ability to multitask and work independently Must provide a professional company image.
Ability to transcribe from tape/digital recording is preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Ability to draft legal documents Dictation Microsoft Word 1 year (preferred) Legal experience is preferred, some training will be provided Familiarity with legal terminology and documentation is a plus Rate of Pay Pay will be commensurate with experience Work Location:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
