Our Client, an industry-leading manufacturer in Western Pennsylvania, is seeking a Forging Engineer. This is a leadership position, and the successful incumbent will be responsible for the following:
Key Responsibilities
Building and maintaining positive employee relations among colleagues, including providing timely communication and business updates about department metrics and function
Conducting continuous forging evaluation and ensuring optimization
Assuring Quality Control and Continuous Improvement by troubleshooting Quality issues, developing and maintaining In-Process Quality inspections, and focusing on continuous improvement by identifying, eliminating and preventing obstacles to efficient product flow, quality, and efficiency
Leading forging design reviews for new and complex parts or to review significant process changes and document the results in summary
Developing, maintaining, and standardizing clear work instructions for all production positions in the operation

Qualifications
4-year degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or equivalent work experience
Knowledge of hydraulic systems & associated controls
Proficient with AutoCAD, F.E.A, DEFORM, Solid Works or equivalent modeling software
Strong analytical skills & problem-solving ability
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize between development projects & daily responsibilities
Excellent verbal & written communication skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
